Mitsubishi Electric systems must be registered within 90 days to qualify for full coverage. If they are not, warranty protection drops significantly.

Professional Heat Pump Maintenance Services in Maine
While we recommend that you regularly clean or replace your indoor air filters, professional maintenance goes much further to preserve system performance.
Royal River Heat Pumps recommends scheduling professional cleaning and inspection for your heat pump once every two years, an essential step in maintaining your investment and providing you with years of heating and cooling satisfaction.
During a maintenance visit, our technicians will, at a minimum:
- Clean the indoor heat exchanger coil and blower wheel
- Clean the outdoor condenser coil
- Wash and inspect indoor filters
- Flush the condensate line and verify proper drainage
- Insert drain pan treatment tablets to help prevent buildup and odors
- Test and record operating temperatures
- Inspect and clean the condensate pump, if applicable
We suspend cleanings when temperatures fall below freezing. Maintenance visits are typically scheduled between April 15 and November 15, weather permitting.
