Technician Training That Sets the Standard
We operate our own in-house training facility. Every technician is trained to understand not just equipment, but airflow, distribution, and building science principles.
Owner Scott Libby’s expertise is recognized nationally. He helped create the Mitsubishi Diamond Elite Technician training curriculum now used by elite contractors across the country. He also serves on the Governor’s Green Energy Workforce Development Advisory Committee, helping to strengthen apprenticeship programs and bring young people into the HVAC and electrification trades.

Current Openings
Royal River Heat Pumps is currently hiring experienced professionals in the following roles:
Licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician
Install and electrify Mitsubishi Electric heat pump systems in a professional, structured environment with top industry pay and strong work-life balance.
Experienced Service Technician
Must have three to seven years of experience and a clean driving record. Must be comfortable working independently, and have excellent communication skills.
Experienced Heat Pump Installer (Minimum 5 Years Experience)
This leadership position may also include filling out the Efficiency Maine Rebate checklist, using a tablet to take notes in our CMS, and regular communication with the office. Must have a clean driving record and good communication skills.
