Tutorials Available for Current Customers

 

Our Service Manager, Jay has been promoted to Director of Lasting Impressions. Jay is everyone’s favorite co-worker and has a long history of providing excellent customer service. He is now available for current Royal River Heat Pumps customers to come to your home after your installation has been completed to do a walk-through and tutorial. He will provide instructions on utilizing the controllers, best practice and maintenance tips. You can call Jay at 207-400-4065 to schedule a time that is convenient for you.

2021 Tax Credits

Talk to your tax professional to see if your heat pump will qualify for an Equipment Tax Credit for Primary Residence. 

Heat pumps that are ENERGY STAR certified meet the requirements for this tax credit.

Tax Credit Amount: $300

Requirements
Split Systems:
HSPF >= 8.5
EER >= 12.5
SEER >= 15

Package systems:
HSPF >= 8
EER >= 12
SEER >= 14

Cold Climate Heat Pump Technology Challenge

The Cold Climate Heat Pump Technology Challenge aims to reduce carbon pollution from cold climate heating and increase efficiency to save consumers money. The U.S. Department of Energy is working towards advancing cold-climate clean heat pumps to reach the Biden administrations goal of net-zero carbon by 2050. Heat pumps significantly reduce carbon pollution, while lowering energy costs and comfortably heating (and cooling!) homes. Mitsubishi Electric has announced their commitment to advance innovation and efficiency of the next generation of heat pumps. More information
