Christian has a background in flooring, roofing, mechanics and dock installation. He has two kids and like many of our crew members, enjoys working on cars.

Cody

Cody is a recent NTI Graduate who first tried out a career in the culinary field. He can offer cooking advice while installing your heat pump. Discussing food while getting more comfortable sounds like the perfect recipe.

Dustin

Dustin has worked in the construction and plumbing field doing heating with his grandfather for the past 20 years. He loves to work with his hands and go fishing.

Eric

Eric is a US Army Veteran who served in Desert Storm. When not hard at work he enjoys spending time on Long Lake with his family and friends, smoking BBQ meat and creating different culinary masterpieces. Eric's parents built Royal River Heat Pumps Main Office building in Freeport.

George

Crew Member

George was born, raised and currently lives in Brunswick. He grew up being the youngest of 10 children and learned a lot of his skills by watching his father build and construct. George recognized at an early age that he was fascinated by how things worked. He continues to explore that pattern by always trying to find the why to every problem and the how to solve it. George has spent most of his career in the automotive industry but, eager for change he became certificated in heat pump installation through MEMA Technical Education Center. His wife, Abbie would say that they never have to hire anyone to fix anything because George is “handy” enough to fix it. He would tell you that he loves to help others. He has 5 children of his own with an age span of 24 years between the oldest to youngest. He loves spending time at home with his family and his best days are when everyone is together. A secret about George, he loves ice cream.

Granville

Granvillle is an NTI graduate and has spent the last 7 years in construction and the HVAC industry. He enjoys hunting, kayaking, shed hunting, and hiking with his dog, Gibbs. He and his wife have 3 kids, 2 granddaughters and a grandson.

Ian

Ian comes to us with a background in carpentry and has a life-long love of learning. He enjoys being outside with his two dogs, camping, fishing and hunting.

Jacob

Jacob, a Jake of all trades, has a positive attitude, likes ``Jacob`` not Jake, commercial glazing, welding fabricating and cars.

Jeff

Crew Member

Jeff graduated from MTEC coming from a previous background in graphic design and marketing. He lives in Freeport with his two young sons and wife. In his spare time Jeff enjoys art and exploring nature with his family. He does not enjoy the ``to do`` lists his wife leaves him.

Joe

Joe has an Associate’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from SMCC, and a Maine Journeyman’s license. He completed a 5-year IBEW Apprenticeship program during his 10 years in IBEW. Joe loves fishing, swimming, hunting and exploring with his chocolate lab named Jack.

Kyle and his girlfriend bought a converted tractor trailer camper in the summer of 2021 and now they go camping almost every weekend in the summer.

Marc came to us from another HVAC company with over 5 years of experience. He is an avid Shed Hunter who has collected around 100 antlers, some of which have set records.

Matt was born and raised in Waterboro and graduated from NTI. He enjoys hunting, bowling, boating with friends, golfing and spending time with his 2 labs; Beau and Piper.

Matt likes fast cars. He is tall, dark, handsome, quiet and strong. The only thing more mysterious than his dark eyes is his love for fine French cuisine and long walks on the beach.

Miles has spent most of his professional life in the hospitality business. In 2020 he was furloughed due to the Covid-19 pandemic and decided to use that opportunity to change careers and begin his HVAC education at SMCC. Miles is into technology and builds his own PCs. He also enjoys driving and modifying his VW GTI, music and film. He is very excited about his new HVAC career with Royal River Heat Pumps.

Patrick

Patrick dabbled in engine mechanics but his love of trade work brought him to heat pumps and the Royal River team. Like most of our employees he is an outdoorsman and he enjoys martial arts, rock climbing, archery, hiking, camping and kayaking.

Peter is currently in school for his electrical journeyman's license. He enjoys watching Boston Sports teams, especially the Bruins, and playing with his dog Pretzel.

Sam, originally from NY, served in the Army and joined us from another HVAC company. He loves football and Casco Bay Sports and his family has a camp in Canada eh.

Thomas graduated from NTI and came to us from another heat pump installation company. He was quickly promoted to a Team Lead. A native Mainer, he enjoys riding motorcycles and ATVs, fishing, and being outdoors.

Travis graduated from Northeast Technical Institute. When Travis is not rocking the heat pump installations, he enjoys playing drums, disc golf, spending time with family and doing yard work.

Troy

Troy, a Maine native, spent 3 years in the Army, 12 years in manufacturing, 3 years in pipe fitting in fire protection and has over 16 years of experience in HVAC. He likes motorcycles, snowmobiling, boating, hunting, ice fishing and camping. Troy has 2 kids, and 2 grandchildren.
