Kendall

Chief Door Greeter

Kendall is the Chief Door Greeter and keeper of all things tasty. She has several months of experience with laying on the floor, sitting like a good girl, chasing rascally red laser dots, and playing fetch. Kendall enjoys walks outside, dog food, and greeting guests.

Larry

with the team since Sep, 2018

Larry comes from a big family, as the oldest of seven and a graduate of the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor of Science degree. He enjoys meeting new customers and designing heat pump systems that are custom tailored to their home and life style. He once rode his bicycle from Rhode Island to California. Now he rides his bike to work, loves the carriage roads of Mount Desert Island, and he loves fresh and salt water fly fishing and Fungi foraging. As a husband to a local garden designer, Larry is an appreciator of unique plantings and functional hardscapes.

Peter

Peter is currently in school for his electrical journeyman's license. He enjoys watching Boston Sports teams, especially the Bruins, and playing with his dog Pretzel.

Steve

with the team since Mar, 2020

Steve has been in the construction industry for over 30 years. He was a Quality Assurance Inspector at Clearesult prior to joining our team (they deliver the energy efficiency programs for Efficiency Maine.) During the close to 10 years he was with them he inspected approximately 1,500 homes throughout Maine for energy upgrades like heat pumps. He decided to join our team because out of the many sites that he visited, the Royal River Heat Pumps installations exceeded the Efficiency Maine guidelines and the customers were glowing with compliments and gave perfect customer satisfaction scores. Steve loves music, playing guitar, and singing and has been playing piano and keyboards since he was 5 years old. Steve has a beautiful wife and two kids who all make him proud.

Dave

Installation Manager &
Master Electrician

Dave grew up in Rumford and moved to this area when he was 20 years old. He worked at SAPPI until 1999 when he decided to go to SMCC and got his Electrical Associates degree. He currently resides in Westbrook with his wife of 32 years. They have one son and 2 granddaughters. When he is away from his Royal River Heat Pumps family he enjoys the outdoors, camping, biking, and cruising off road in a UTV.

Dylan

Purchasing & Operations Manager

While not crunching numbers or on the phone with our Distributors, Dylan loves fantasy football and playing with his dog Kendall.

Drew

Technical Supervisor & Design

Drew graduated from Northeast Technical Institute and came to us as a Heat Pump Installer. He was promoted to Team Lead, and then New Construction Team Lead. Drew has over 9 years’ experience in HVAC. In his spare time, he enjoys welding and fabrication and he has a pig named Buddy.

George

Service Technician

George was born, raised and currently lives in Brunswick. He grew up being the youngest of 10 children and learned a lot of his skills by watching his father build and construct. George recognized at an early age that he was fascinated by how things worked. He continues to explore that pattern by always trying to find the why to every problem and the how to solve it. George has spent most of his career in the automotive industry but, eager for change he became certificated in heat pump installation through MEMA Technical Education Center. His wife, Abbie would say that they never have to hire anyone to fix anything because George is “handy” enough to fix it. He would tell you that he loves to help others. He has 5 children of his own with an age span of 24 years between the oldest to youngest. He loves spending time at home with his family and his best days are when everyone is together. A secret about George, he loves ice cream.
