09/14/2023: We could not be more pl eased with our heat pump system. We have a regular heat pump and two wall mounted units. They really cut our heating costs! Jay stopped in and gave an excellent explanation on how to operate the system. He was very professional and respectful. He was so patient with us two Seniors who knew nothing about our purchase. His professional knowledge was superb and he did a very extensive run through.
