The Center for Grieving Children

Royal River Heat Pumps will be featuring the Center for Grieving Children this month on the Ripple to River webpage. Even a small, individual act of kindness can “ripple out” into something significant for kids that are facing challenges nobody ever wants to face. One person’s donation, no matter how small, can combine with others to bring comfort and positive change to a family facing unimaginable challenges after their child has been diagnosed with a critical illness. Ripple to River will highlight one Maine-based organization each month that focuses on supporting these children. More

Beneficial Electrification

According to an article from Green and Healthy Homes Maine, if you use an oil boiler, switching to a heat pump can reduce your carbon emissions by 60%. And since 19% of emissions statewide are generated by home heating, making the switch to heat pumps will also help Maine reach our carbon reduction goals by reducing emissions of carbon dioxide 45% below 1990 levels by 2030, and 80% by 2050.

And you won’t be alone. Homeowners and businesses have installed over 45,000 high-performance heat pumps and 32,000 heat pump water heaters in the past five years!
